Membership renewals have been sent to all current members by email. The new membership year begins May 1, 2026. and runs through April 30. 2027.

Your dues of $275 gets you tickets to the Clambake and Holiday Party, along with a discounted ticket to the Steak Fry and complimentary access to several members-only events: our Spring and Fall Club Connections and the Annual Cocktail Party

We are excited to announce that new membership benefits will be introduced this year, designed to provide even greater value and opportunities to our members. These enhancements will focus on supporting professional growth, fostering connections within the industry, and enriching overall member experience.

Jewelers of America's Learning Workshop in Providence

Jewelers of America is hosting a Learning Workshop for the New England region on May 4 at the Providence Marriott. It will bring together jewelry manufacturers and retail professionals for a day of targeted education and industry insights.

With a mix of expert-led presentations and panel discussions, the workshop offers valuable opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing across the jewelry supply chain.

A letter from our new president

Dear Members and Friends,

I’ll never forget my first Providence Jewelers Club Clambake, back in 2015. I had just joined my family’s business, Tri-Bro Tool Co., and wondered how I would build connections in an industry where it seemed like everyone had known each other forever.

It felt a bit daunting to arrive alone at Francis Farm and step into a crowd of unfamiliar faces. But that afternoon, I was welcomed to a seat at a picnic table, where I made new friends over steamers, lobsters and lots of laughs.

Eleven years later, I’m honored to write to you as the new PJC president. Alongside my fellow board members, I’m committed not only to planning our famously fun events, but also to strengthening the sense of community that makes this club so special.

If you are a current member, you’ll receive your dues renewal invoice by email on April 1. If you’re a lapsed member — or joining us for the first time — you’ll be able to sign up on our website beginning in April. We would truly love to have you as part of the club!

Membership includes tickets to the Clambake and Holiday Party, along with complimentary access to several members-only events: our Spring and Fall Club Connections and the Annual Cocktail Party. Just as importantly, your membership is a visible show of support for the continued strength and legacy of Rhode Island’s jewelry industry.

We’re also delighted to welcome two new board members: Dawn Arpin of the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association and Belinda Duva of International Packaging. Their experience and enthusiasm will be tremendous assets, and we look forward to their contributions in the years ahead.

As spring’s gentle breeze sweeps through, we find ourselves on the cusp of a thrilling new chapter with The Providence Jewelers Club. With the echoes of a successful 2024 still resonating in our hearts, we are eager to share the strides we’ve made and the bright horizon ahead. The board has been working diligently, ensuring that the PJC remains a beacon of Good Fellowship, offering our iconic events and innovative Club Connections that nurture friendships and provide opportunities for social networking.

This is truly an exhilarating time to be part of the PJC leadership. Membership renewals will soon be underway, and we are gearing up for an exciting membership drive aimed at expanding our vibrant community. Our first bold move has been transitioning to a sleek new website platform. This step forward allows us to meet the growing needs of the PJC while fulfilling our fiduciary duties to the Club. Congratulations to our new board members and officers!

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Feb. 12 for our Annual Meeting and Cocktail Party at Iron Works Tavern!

We welcomed two new board members: Anthony Rossi from Uncas and Erika Silva from LDC. And we elected a new slate of officers: President Bill Genovese from Child-Genovese Insurance, Vice President Christine McDermott from Tri-Bro Manufacturing, Treasurer Jim Rocchio from Jewelers Board of Trade, and Secretary Alexys Garrepy from LDC.

Tina Gosselin from Swarovski becomes our Immediate Past President and we want to thank her for the excellent job she did leading us for the past year. Phil Sowa from Mel-Co-Ed, who was last year's Immediate Past President, completed his board service and we are grateful for his many years of dedication to PJC.
